Dear All

Does anyone have the procedure to revert T3+ partner
pair configuration back to work group configuration(
T3+ PP to individual T3 bricks) without disturbing the
data
Similar problem has been posted by John Simon But
there were no replies.

The setup I have is as follows.
SERVERS:

1* 880 ( with 2 FC HBA's)
1* 480( with 2FC HBA's)

SAN:

2* SAN Switches 8port

STORAGE: T3 configuration.( T3 is connected in PP
configuration. Loop interconnect cables are connected
as per PP configuration)

V0 raid0 u1d1 to u1d4
V1 raid0 u1d5 to u1d8
U1d9 not used.

V2 raid0 u2d1 to u2d4
V3 raid0 u2d5 to u2d8

U2d9 not used.

V0 is sliced into s0 and s1
V1 is sliced into s2 and s3
V3 is sliced int0 s4 and s5
V4 is sliced into s6 and s7

Connectivity.

HBA1 of 480,HBA1 of 880 and u1 (master controller of
t3+PP) connected to SANSWITCH1

HBA2 of 480,HBA2 of 880 and u2 (Alt_master controller
of t3+PP) connected to SANSWITCH2

Both the servers see 16 hard disks each.
After enabling multipathing they see eight harddisks
each. Cluster is configured between 880 and 480.
Veritas mirroring:
S0 mirrored with s4
S1 mirrored with s5
S2 mirrored with s6
S3 mirrored with s7.

The cluster is running and the pp has to be converted
into work group

Regards,
sunder
