Ah, yes, it *is* possible to install SunOS 4.0.3c from
floppies!
A small error in the README caused most of the problems:
The first 4 floppies load SunOS in swap space, then a reboot
is needed. The README says to use
reboot sd(0,0,1) -sw
This doesn't work, what is needed is
reboot "sd(0,0,1) -sw"
After that, the system boots from the swap partition and you
can run suninstall to load in the other 20 or so floppies.
Thanks for your help,
/max
