Hi Guys,
I seem to get the following errors when I try to vi a file in a window
that is bigger than a certain amount:
Terminal too wide
:q
1 more file to edit:q
This is only for my solaris boxes and becomes very annoying after a
while :( I would like to fix vi instead of using vim, so I was
wondering if there is a quick fix for this. I tried searching online
but was not able to find any fixes for this issue and was wondering if
you guys would know :)
bash-2.05# echo $TERM
vt100
bash-2.05# uname -a
SunOS shinda 5.9 Generic_112233-05 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-5_10
Thanks for your assistance,
-Simran H.
