dump bread error

When we do ufsdump, we get the following error:

DUMP: bread: dev_seek error: Error 0
DUMP: Warning - block 1088351434 is beyond the end of `/dev/md/rdsk/d35'
DUMP: bread: dev_seek error: Error 0
DUMP: bread: dev_seek error: Error 0
...
...
DUMP: Warning - block 1087165130 is beyond the end of `/dev/md/rdsk/d35'
DUMP: More than 32 block read errors from dump device `/dev/md/rdsk/d35'

I search the archives, I didn't find final solution. Can anybody give
suggestion?
