Hi Guru's!
Problem.... backed up & restored Sparc Ultra 5 Box from tape with no
problems however when attempting to restore the root slice...
"The file just loaded does not appear to be executable." was returned
After I carried out the following...
boot cdrom -s
fsck /dev/rdsk/c0t0d0s0
mount /dev/dsk/c0t0d0s0 /a
check that there is no restoresymtable file
intallboot /usr/platform/`uname -i`/lib/fs/ufs/bootblk
/dev/rdsk/c0t0d0s0
umount /a
fsck /dev/rdsk/c0t0d0s0
init 6
Still the same when booted
Solaris 7
Please help!
