I have a server with A1000 attached that I cannot manage. All reading
docs/looking online has been fruitless thus far.
I just surmised and found out that it was set up on another server and moved
to the current server. I have rm6 v6.22, and believe it was the same
version as when managed... Is there some magic I can try to do (probably in
a config somewhere) to begin to manage it on a the current server?
other info:
using solaris 7, server is E320
tried changing hostname to match the hostname I see in /etc/osa/mnf, no
dice. rebooted with this different hostname, no dice.
mnf contents:dw01_001~1T00330198~ 0 1 2~~~0~3~~c1t3d0~~
so no periods (".") as warned about in some docs...
Ideas welcome, and I'll be more than happy to summarize.
