VM disk failed

Hello! vxdisk list shows that the VMdisk (dbdg05) was failed. vxprint shows that its state is NODEVICE.
1. How would I check if vxrelocation took place?
2. How would I check which volume(s) were using the failed disks?
3. How would I check where is the data located now?
