Rearrange File system size & ufsdump

Hi All,

Here is my sitiuation.I have one ultra 60 running solaris 8 with one
harddisk 8.5 GB.

current Layout

c0t0d0s0 / 5.5GB
c0t0d0s1 swap 500MB
c0t0d0s7 /export 2.5gb

Need to change

c0t0d0s0 / 7.7GB
c0t0d0s1 swap 500MB
c0t0d0s6 30MB
c0t0d0s7 /export 300MB

I appriciate if anyone can Guide me how to do this step by step.Also i need
to backup my / filesystem using ufsdump to remote mechine before doing this.
