server in cluster rebooting as the load on the same increases

Hi,

We have two ultra 1 servers in cluster sharing a common storage.From the past
two days the primary server is rebooting as soon as the users logged to the
seervers increase.

I have herewith attched the /var/adm/messages with the panic message marked in
yellow.

Please let me know what could be the problem here.
