Raritan APSSUN on a Ultra 10

Apologies ahead of time, I guess this is more of a question for Raritan to
answer ...... I tried Google and the archives, but found nothing.

I have a Raritan CompuSwitch which is using a APSSUN to connect to my
Ultra 10. There are 3 dip switches (total of 8 combinations) for the
monitor and another 3 dips for keyboard.

Keyboard works fine through the APSSUN, but every combination for the
monitor reads "Out of Range" Is there any way around this, or am I stuck
using a big, bulky (and heavy) 17" monitor?

Thanks. Will summarize.
