Creating a Boot CD

I booted my x86 Solaris 8 system from the Install cd. I first put the Device
Configuration Assistance diskette in the floppy drive. I loaded the
Supplemental diskettes so that I could see my hard drives. It then prompted
which device to boot from. CD was selected. The CD in the drive was my
original Install CD (which I created when I downloaded the 3 Solaris CDs from
Sun), which eventually asked me to pick a language. I typed Control C to
break the WebStart process and I was taken to a # prompt.

How can I create a boot cd that will boot my system and take me straight to
the # prompt? If I have a boot CD, is the Device Configuration Assistance
Diskette necessary? Or do I still need my diskette so that I can load my
Supplemental diskettes.

Thanks,

John
