I have a few Ultra's hooked into one KVM - here is some helpful key remaps -
these work the same whether you use Debian Ultrasparc or Solaris 7/8/9:

Stop R-Ctrl & F1
Again R-Ctrl & F2
Props R-Ctrl & F3
Undo R-Ctrl & F4
Front R-Ctrl & F5
Copy R-Ctrl & F6 (also, Ctrl-Insert and Shift-Insert as well.)
Open R-Ctrl & F7
Paste R-Ctrl & F8
Find R-Ctrl & F9
Cut R-Ctrl & F10
The following MAY not work the way you think -
! (The Mute Key top right of Sun Keyb)

Sound - (and Contrast control)
R-Ctrl & 2
Sound + (and Brightness control)
