how to tune memscrub kernel feature ?

Hello,
there should be a sort of memscrub kernel module in solaris.
Is it possible to tune it deciding at what time doign the memory scrub
(DIMM memory RAM not the ecache memory) and the frequency of this
(Something different from the default 12 hours).
