Hi Gurus,
I had to move a workstation, which is part of a domain, from one building
to another. After reconnecting it to the same network I'm not able to
see/contact any member of the same domain and the other domain members
cannot see/contact the workstation anymore. However the workstation can
still see/contact the rest of the world as well as the other members of the
domain.
Before moving, all members of the domain were connected to eachother over a
switch, and then the switch over a router/gateway to the rest of the world.
Now the workstation is placed the other side of the router.
My network administrator says it is not a problem of the router but of the
sun workstations themselves. They would store the routes used to reach
eachother somewhere, however I don't know where to look for.
Is there somebody who could give me a hint?
