Veritas DMP device crashing system

Hey All,

System Details:

E450 Solaris 2.6

VXVM 2.5(I know, old)

EMC SYMM disk

I have a EMC LUN that is presented down 2 paths(/dev/dsk/c6t1d50s2,
/dev/dsk/c7t0d50s2) I want to mount it using the DMP device
(/dev/vx/dmp/c6t1d50s2). I should be able to do this correct? IMy
system crashes when I mount it this way. My first step is going to be
to upgrade vxvm, but I just wanted to make sure that I should be able to
do this.
