usb serial port driver

Hi,

I have an edgeport/8, from inside out networks (usb serial ports) ,
which worked fine with a V100 and Solaris 8 2/02. I added the folloing
2 packages, SUNWusbser and SUNWusbserx, which provide the drivers for
the edgeport device

I've recently replaced the V100s with V240s and Solaris 9 8/03. Now the
edgeport drivers fail with an undefined symbol:
usb_get_usbdev_strdescr. Does anyone know where to find a
driver/module/library might provide this symbol?

I've contacted the manufacture, who indicated Solaris support for the
device is coming, but I could use the serial ports now.

Here's some info from /var/adm/messages

Oct 15 07:39:55 mach krtld: [ID 819705 kern.notice]
/kernel/drv/sparcv9/usbser_eport: undefined symbol
Oct 15 07:39:55 mach krtld: [ID 826211 kern.notice]
