Kernel Panic on Boot.

I have a SunFire V100 that is acting up. Everthing worked well for a few
days and then it tried reboot itself and now just cycles through the boot
process with a kernel panic. Does this looks like a IDE hardware issue?
Also what are the chno = 1 targ = 2 values in the warnings?

Thanks,
Chris
