Hello All,
I am setting up an Oracle test server in a hurry, need to have it
operational today, and I want to make sure that Solaris 9 still supports
mounting UFS filesystems with the forcedirectio option. I attempted to mount
some directories as lofs and received the error message:
# mount /u01
mount: /export/u01 on /u01 - WARNING unknown option "forcedirectio"
I'm running Solaris 9, output from uname -a:
SunOS rommie 5.9 Generic_112233-08 sun4u sparc SUNW,Sun-Fire-280R
