Need Help : SSH / Console Login Not Possible

Dear Sun Gurus,

I have a Sun Box at customer place, having SSH connection for me. Very often
the SSH suddenly drops the connection and at the same time, the site
engineers trying to login through Console also fails.

Any help to troubleshoot and solve this problem is really appreciated.
