Serial port issue in Sun V880

Hi,

I am facing problem in getting the console output on the V880 serial port.
At present the RSC card is not configured and the system doesn't have any
graphic card also.

We tried the serial connection using Hyper terminal and by tip connection
from another Ultra5.
We are not getting any output on this terminals.

Is anybody faced similar type of problem on V880 ?
Please help me if you have any solution for this.
