We have a script stopped running in cron. It ran fine before. The error
message:
Your "cron" job on pluto
/pkg/cgi-bin/acc/swap/swapmail.pl
produced the following output:
sh: /pkg/cgi-bin/acc/swap/swapmail.pl: cannot execute
It runs manually.
the permission for swapmail.pl is fine:
-rwxrwx--- 1 cgi cgi 3142 Jan 19 1998 swapmail.pl
The script is running as swap user in cron. So under
/var/spool/cron/crontabs, swap file exists.
-r-------- 1 root cgi 44 May 13 1998 swap
in swap file,
1 5 * * * /pkg/cgi-bin/acc/swap/swapmail.pl
In cron.allow, cgi exists.
This file is nfs mounted from another server. But the permission is rw. In
/etc/vfstab:
acc:/pkg - /pkg nfs - yes rw,soft,bg
Is something related with nfs permission?
Thanks!
Hong
