Hi

I got a really quick response, thanks to Mr. Dinesh Kumar. The response is
below:

You can create a file /etc/rc2.d/S99staticroute and put the the static
route inside the file, and change the permissions of the file to 755.

Subject: making routing table enties permanent Hutchison.lk - scanned
for virus

Dear managers & admins

When I make a routing table entry with the route add command, my changes
are implemented prior to rebooting the machine. However after rebooting the
machine
my new route entries do not exist and I have to readd the route.

What is the command that makes the routing changes permanent?

Regards
