Locale problem in Solaris 8

Hello All,

I have installed Solaris 8 2/02 with the OS Recommended Cluster patches in
Sun Blade 150 Workstations.
It was installed with default locales.
Now if I tried to install any Asian Locales it says is it installed
properly.
But when I set locale , it is giving following error.

# export LC_ALL=zh_TW
ksh: export: couldn't set locale correctly

Pls let me know if ang suggestions to solve this paroblem.
