accidently delete /devices/pseudo,help

Hi Gurus,
I accidently deleted whole directory of /devices/pseudo on Solaris 2.6 at a Ultra5
when I tried to boot from harddisk, it hungs before the point "Configuring devices"
how can I restore ../pseudo whithout rebuild the box

boot -r hungs on the same place
