Sendmail Forcing From 1 user

List,

I am setting up monitoring servers in remote locations.
These locations are on PVT DSL lines from their local ISPs.
Because of this the ISP will only allow mail on this DSL from "USERNAME@isp.com"
Is there a way I can force every piece of mail that is generated on the machine
to be from this user?
That includes:
Actual Monitors (which if this was the only one then I would just Masquerade
Domain and run as USERNAME)
Cron Errors
Other system processes (log checker, etc)

I want to put a line in sendmail that will rewrite the From line so that
everything will be addressed "From: USERNAME@isp.com"
