Update: ttyb on SF4800 system controller

The answer so far is that the ttyb port on the System
Controller is for use only with the FrameManager
device in centain models of the Sun Fire server,
although not the 4800 deskside model.

Thanks to Celeste Stokely who pointed out some Sun
Docs which reference the port in question. See her
fabulous web pages if you need any info on serial port
configuration
http://www.stokely.com/unix.serial.port.resources

To the moron who berated me for my ignorance of
serial ports let me say this. I was probably
configuring serial ports before you were out of
diapers, and please note my question was addressed to
"Gurus", not "Microsoft Borg".

Original Question:
Gurus,
Can the ttyb port on a Sun Fire 4800 system controller
be used for any purpose other than communication to
the system controller? The ttya port is in use as the
system console, but I can find very little information
about the ttyb port. Can anyone shed some light on
this?

TIA,
Tim
