Hi,

I'm getting this error when trying to configure anything:

checking for gcc... gcc
checking whether the C compiler (gcc -L/usr/local/ssl/lib ) works... no
configure: error: installation or configuration problem: C compiler cannot
create executables.

I found this in the archives but my LD_LIBRARY_PATH is set - please assist
asap. Thanks-

PS: I'm running gcc version 2.95.3 on Solaris 8.
