Sun Ray/SunForum on WAN

     We are using Sun Ray Software Version 2.0. We have a Sun Ray on the Public network on a subnet that is different than the subnet of the session server. Thus far, everything except SunForum works fine. When I try to start SunForum on this particular Sun Ray, I get an error message about not being able to initialize a service and then SunForum dies.
     Any ideas on what may be the problem?
