hi all,

I have 2 different networks in my office.

Local Area Network 1:
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 10.60.3.149 (ip address of my windows
computer)
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 10.60.3.1 (ip address of the Win2000
Server)
DHCP Server . . . . . . . . . . . : 10.60.3.11
DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 202.188.0.133

Local Area Network 2:
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 186.0.0.1 (this is the Sun Server ip
address)
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : none
DHCP Server . . . . . . . . . . . : none
DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : none

I want to know if i can add a static route so that from LAN 1 with my
computer i can ping LAN 2.
Can you let me know if this is possible and if possible how to proceed.

The LAN 1 server is a Win2000 Server and LAN 2 Server is a Solaris 6 Ultra 5
machine.

Sorry if i have posted this in the wrong forum.

Thanks and regards,
Dinesh Paul
