Thanks to Peter Kunst, I've got those libraries matching.
I'd forgotten about some Forte patches (111711-02 & 111712-02)
that I'd previously installed on the development system (which
I'd assumed weren't needed for the non-development system, but
clearly that assumption was wrong).
