Thanks to Nazeem Hannif and John Julian, both the problems were solved.
The wmtpx file was corrupt since June 15th. I moved the current file and
touched a new file. (If I don't touch this file, the system would not
create it on its own.) This solved the first problem.
I did a healthck to find the status of the A1000s and found the errors with
the same. However I have yet to determine the log files where these events
are logged.
