We are having a severe response problem. We are running PeopleSoft with
Oracle. Web server is a Sunfire100 (5 of them) - > app server is 6800
partition with 4cpus and 12g memory -> database server is 6800 partition with
4cpus and 12g memory. We are running Solaris 8 2/02 rev 20.
I am interested at this point if any of you can tell me if there is something
else that may need to be tuned. Has anyone else experienced these problems.
We have applied the basic PeopleSoft suggested tuning variables. something is
wrong. The following is some basic statistics from the database server. I am
noticing the maxsize from the kstat command. Can anyone help with this?
