URGENT :: 880 not booting

My Sunfire 880 is failing with these warnings:

* I net booted and fsck'd the file systems... all look clean.
* Tried boot -r and boot -s same error.

Any ideas? This is one node in a live 2 node cluster...so I am very
desperate. Please help.
