Netcat limits telnet

Hello Gurus:
        Any of you Gurus out there ever use netcat to limit incoming telnets to just
one IP address allowed to telnet into the box.

        What I want to do is to only allow IP address say 10.1.1.1 to telnet into the
box but IP address 10.1.1.2 would be rejected.
