A question related to cron job

Hi,

I am not sure that my question is not relevant to our topic. If it is
true, I will apologize for it. I have written a Korn shell scrip. In
that script, it calls Oracle sqlldr to load all parsed data into Oracle
database. And everything is fine. But when I use cron job to scheduling
my script, the Oracle sqlldr doesn't work. any comments are appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Don

P.S. Following is the error message:
