Best way to move lots of data to new system?

Hey everyone:

I got a quick question. I'm building a new mail-server and I'm working on
my planning right now. We've got about 20GB of mail to move from one RAID
array to a new array. What is the best way to do this? Mount the new old
RAID on the new system as a NFS mount and do a cp, or rdist, or is there a
better, more reliable way?

Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks for ya time..., and have a great
weekend!
