Hi:
All users on newly installed Ultra 10 box with Solaris 2.6 are having
problem in connecting through ftp. When they try to make ftp.server is
starting in.ftpd daemon and user prompts for username and password. But
then after it says "Login incorrect. Login failed." as follows:
C:\>ftp
ftp> op 192.168.1.96
Connected to 192.168.1.96.
220 Granite FTP server (SunOS 5.6) ready.
User (192.168.1.96:(none)): hkhodas
331 Password required for hkhodas.
Password:
530 Login incorrect.
Login failed.
ftp>
I have tried by all commented and un-commented users in /etc/ftpusers
file, but no success.
Does anyone have clue on this?
