I need to install NIS+ in one of our labs. I would like to find some
straight forward step-by-step documentation on how to set NIS+ up not NIS. I
would like to find a GUI interface to administer it and preferably set it
up. I have Adminsuite installed on one server already. I set up NIS+ on two
machines and could not get ftp and telnet to work, I wasn't sure how to
specify it in the nsswitch.conf .
Can anyone tell me where to go from here?
What is the easiest way to administer NIS+?
Does anyone know of any GUI's to use?
I believe I have to setup auto_home for home users dirs? Please correct me
if I am wrong.
