The vast majority of folks felt that I had a bad cpu.
A couple of others suggested testing the crdom (it's a sun
Gold-something or other, with a sun part number <it's original> and
works fine) and making sure the jumpers were set correctly (they are).
I have contacted the vendor (I bought it used) for a refund.
