Hello Gurus,
I have a E450 installed with Solaris 7 and attached to a Exabyte 8900
Mammoth drive. I am able to detect the drive using the proble-scsi-all
command and using mt -f /dev/rmt/1 status, I am able to get the
status. But for other commands, such as tar, or mt -f /dev/rmt/1 eom
or fsf or erase, I am simply getting the error: " I/O error" ... Kindly
suggest me what could be done.
