Sniffing traffic of an enabled cisco router

Hello Gentleman's,

Doing a Pen test to a company i succeeded in enabling a cisco router
whit a very old ios, actually 11.2 to be more specific, well i have
readed some papers about redirecting the traffic of the router trough
a gre tunnel and sniffing it on a Linux box then send it back.

I actually succeeded in redirecting the traffic to my machine and
sniff it. The problem is that the traffic is not redirected back to
its destination.

I have tried to use the gre_relay plugging off ettercap whit no
success, I'm actually not so sure off how to use it.

is there any way to create like a policy routing on the Linux box, and
specify that any traffic coming from the interface tun0 to be send it
back from where it came.

I also have used the command
debug ip packets <acl number> dump

to see the traffic on the telnet terminal but the load is very heavy
and the router died

well can any one point me out in the direction to set up the Linux box
that is receiving the redirected traffic to send it back to the router
and get to its destination.

Thanks in advance,
