Of course, if it's like Spain, many ADSL routers we get are
pre-configured to be administered via web-interface. That interface
clearly states the phone number above the fields to login. It's how
each router is identified. That makes finding the number for an IP
rather easy.

By the way, that wasn't really real knowledge-type information but more
of a fun fact.
