So this thread has been going on for a while and I just couldn't take
it anymore ;)
so I threw together www.imanotes.com/iptophone
of course it doesn't magically look up the information (whois) but
relies on user input to populate a database of ip addresses. I think
that the end all to this discussion for now is either WHOIS or COURT
ORDER.
