[HPADM] upgrade to 11.23

I have just finished upgrading a box from 11.11 to 11.23 and having a
weird issue. When I run the 'last' command I get a listing of logins
for most everything except for rexec. We are using the baan application
(erp system) which uses rexec to connect to the box. This worked fine
in 11.11.
