[HPADM] Need help in user's file permission

I need help! What I want is to set user's permission for one user who can
access the directories of other users but other users can not access his
directories. How do you set the permission like that.

For example:
User A can access users B and C's directories. But user B and
C are not allowed to access user A's directories. They all are in the same
group as 'staff '.
