[HPADM] Odd DST behavior

Hello all,
I applied the DST patches to all the HP-UX servers. I had to be up during the DST change so I created a script that would check the time using the “telnet hostname 13” command. One did not change.
So I logged onto that box and figured I would just change the time manually and deal with it the next day or Monday. When I logged onto the system and checked the time it was ok. But it is still an hour off when I run the command “telnet hostname 13”

  # date
  Sun Mar 11 20:26:09 EDT 2007
  #telnet hostname 13
  Trying...
  Connected to hostname .
  Escape character is '^]'.
  Sun Mar 11 19:26:09 EST 2007
  Connection closed by foreign host.

Does anyone know why that is?
  Thanks
Tom
