HP-UX Administrators,
I have an older CAD software package that requires the
HP Starbase Graphics Library be installed with the OS.
However, I am having trouble locating and installing
this HP software package. This is a C360 with a fresh
install of HP-UX 11.0 (May 1999, version B.11.00 A).
A HP Starbase release note for HP Visualize C-class
workstations running HP-UX 11.0 is here:

This page says:

Unfortunately, I do not have this second CDROM, titled
"HP-UX 11.0 Core Operating Systems Options."
However, this HP document and other HP docs seem to
indicate the "Graphics and Technical Computing Software"
bundle is available for download. For example, the web
page

Here I find "HP-UX 10.20 OS Graphics Enablement Bundle"
that includes Starbase:

but nothing for HP-UX 11.0.
On the same download page, I also find the "HP-UX 11.00
Additional Core Enhancements (ACE), November 1999".
Some HP docs seem to indicate this 175 MB depot file
(XSWGR1100_11.00.depot) includes graphics support, but
after installing it, the Starbase libraries were not
added to the C360. It only appears to patch existing
software. I installed it with this command:
# /usr/sbin/swinstall -x patch_match_target=true -x autoreboot=true -s /var/tmp/XSWGR1100_11.00.depot
I am wondering what would happen if I tried adding the
"HP-UX 10.20 OS Graphics Enablement Bundle" to this
machine, since it does contain the Starbase software.
