Why you have 2 interfaces??
(1) You create a TEAM whit both interfaces??
(2) or both interfaces have different Ip configuration??
1) If you don't create a TEAM (or GIGAETHERCHANNEL) posibly you have a problem of LOOPS networking, try disconnect one interface. If you create a TEAM check the switch configuration, example in CISCO switch:
interface Port-channel1
description TEAM a HPUX1
!
interface GigabitEthernet0/1
description Team A HPUX1
channel-group 1 mode on
!
interface GigabitEthernet0/2
description Team A HPUX1
channel-group 1 mode on
Check your switch configurations and send me.
2) if you have different Ips configured, check for the correct configuration of IP, MASK, BROADCAST, ROUTE TABLE.

Netstat -rn
