[HPADM] Data locks during EMC BCV process

Hello:

We do nightly EMC/BCV snaps using our Tivoli Job scheduling application.
Each jobs are run serially because we are told the EMC DMX can not handle
more than one lock during a establish or split.

This seems to be very inefficient, any comments, suggestions welcomed.
