Hi,
when I hear about this problems the first thing would check the name
resolution. Lately are there DNS changes or other network changes (IP
address or something else)? After the connection do commands respond fast?

Hi,
In one of our N class server, if I telnet to the server it takes lot of time
to throw back me the login and password prompt and after I login also it
takes hell lot of time to get me login prompt. CPU is utilization is
negligible, MEM and swap are 97% and 75%. Total memory available is 5.5 GB
and 4 CPU’s. There are 23 instances of Oracle running on this server. Can
anyone tell me how to what’s wrong with the server? How to make the server
to respond fast?
